Counseling might be a good fit for you if:
You just had a baby and something feels off, but you're not sure if what you're feeling is "bad enough" to get help for
You're a college student or young professional and anxiety is starting to affect your work, your relationships, or just your ability to feel okay day to day
You and your partner keep having the same argument and neither of you knows how to break the cycle
You're pregnant or trying to conceive and the mental and emotional side of it isn't being addressed by anyone on your care team
You've heard about EMDR and wonder if it might help with something you've been carrying for a long time
You're navigating a major life transition like a new job, a move, a loss, or a relationship change, and you need more than just time to get through it
If any of that sounds familiar, we'd love to hear from you.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
When you reach out, we'll ask a few questions about what you're looking for and match you with the therapist whose experience and approach fits best. You don't need to figure that out on your own before booking.
-
It depends on what you're working on and what you want out of it. Some clients come for a focused period around a specific transition or event. Others find ongoing support more useful. We don't push a particular timeline — we work at your pace.
-
Yes. What you share in sessions is private. There are a small number of legal exceptions — such as risk of harm to yourself or others — which Ashley or your therapist will explain in your first session. Outside of those, nothing leaves the room.
-
Yes, for infants and newborns. If getting to therapy means bringing your baby, please don't let that stop you. We'd rather you come with a baby than not come at all. For toddlers, arranging childcare if possible will help you get the most out of the session.
-
Yes, telehealth is available for clients throughout Florida. We also see clients in person from Newberry, Jonesville, Tioga, and Arbor Greens.
-
Yes, and this is an area where we have specialized, credentialed training. Ashley holds the PMH-C (Perinatal Mental Health Certified) credential through Postpartum Support International. We support clients through pregnancy anxiety, postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, postpartum OCD, late-diagnosed ADHD, and the full transition to parenthood.
-
Yes. Couples therapy is one of our core services. For clients doing individual or perinatal work, partners are welcome to join for a session or two when it makes sense. You don't have to come in as a couple to have your partner involved at some point.
