EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a powerful therapeutic approach that allows us to address trauma, anxiety, self-esteem, and many other mental health challenges by reprocessing memories and negative beliefs while connecting our experiences to positive beliefs all without getting into the details of the distressing experiences.
