  • What types of therapy do you offer?

    We offer individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. Our therapists specialize in various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Eye Movement and Desensitization (EMDR), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Gottman Method, Person-Centered, mindfulness-based therapy, and more.

  • How do I book an appointment?

    You can schedule an appointment by filling out the contact form, calling our office, or emailing your therapist of choice directly. If you aren’t sure who will be the best fit we will match you with a therapist based on your needs and preferences and we will set up a 15 minute, free phone consultation to ensure best fit and we can get you scheduled right then!

  • Do you offer online therapy?

    Yes, we provide virtual therapy sessions via secure, double encrypted, video conferencing for clients who prefer remote services.

  • What should I expect during my first session?

    During your first session, we’ll discuss your concerns and goals for therapy. It’s a chance for you to share your story and for the therapist to assess how best to support you. The first session is typically about building rapport and understanding your needs. This is a great time to discuss any questions and determine if the therapist is the right fit for you!

  • How long is a therapy session?

    Typically, therapy sessions last about 50 minutes. This can vary depending on the therapist or type of session, but this is the general time frame.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    We provide documentation for out-of-network reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider for coverage details. Please note that only fully licensed providers are able to provide the superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.

  • How much does therapy cost?

    Our fees vary depending on the therapist and the type of therapy. We provide transparent pricing and offer a sliding scale for clients who may need financial assistance. Please contact us for more information about rates and payment options.

  • How many sessions will I need?

    The number of sessions depends on your individual needs and goals. Some clients find resolution in a few sessions, while others may benefit from ongoing therapy. Your therapist will work with you to determine the best course of treatment.

  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

    If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the time to another client. Failure to cancel with adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

  • What if I don't think my therapist is the right fit?

    It's important that you feel comfortable and supported in therapy. If you're not connecting with your therapist, please talk to them directly or contact our office to explore other options.

  • Is therapy confidential?

    Yes, therapy is confidential. Your therapist is bound by privacy laws to protect your personal information. However, there are a few exceptions, such as if there’s a risk of harm to yourself or others, or if required by law.
