What makes my approach different is the way I view the therapeutic relationship. I believe that what has been hurt in relationship can often be healed through a safe, authentic relationship. I prioritize building a genuine connection with my clients so therapy feels less clinical and more human. I also offer between-session text support when appropriate, providing an added layer of connection and support as you navigate real life, not just the hour we spend together.
